AI FOR MACHINES · INDUSTRIAL
Intelligence for the network that is not allowed to reach the internet.
Our models run on an edge box inside the plant's own network. An operator asks in plain words and gets a structured query, motor and joint health is read for early failure, and the control and safety systems stay exactly where they are.
IN SHORT
AgentAnywhere's AI for industrial machines runs on an edge box inside an isolated plant network. Tatva turns an operator's plain-language question into a structured query or command for the local broker, and Sanjaya reads motor and joint telemetry to warn before a failure. The models sit with the operator, never in the control loop or a safety function, and a person approves any change.
- Runs offline, on the machine
- Sized for constrained hardware
- Approved by the shift engineer
THE PROBLEM
The plant network is closed, and it should stay that way.
Operational networks are isolated on purpose. Cloud AI asks for exactly the thing a plant cannot give: a path out. So the people on the floor keep reading screens and paging the one engineer who knows where the data lives.
Meanwhile a bearing wears, a servo drifts, and the first anyone hears of it is when the line stops.
ON THE DEVICE · OFFLINE
What runs where.
Two families on an edge box in the cabinet. The plant's control and safety systems are a separate layer Tatva and Sanjaya do not write to.
Language to one machine command — or none.
Turns an operator's question — “show me pump three's pressure since six” — into one structured query for the local broker, or declines.
Where · On an edge box inside the isolated plant network. Runs with the uplink unplugged.
Fleet and telemetry intelligence — the warning before the failure.
Reads motor, joint and sensor telemetry and warns before a part fails, so maintenance is planned instead of forced.
Where · On the same edge box. Telemetry never leaves the plant.
Machine vision — finds aircraft and structures in imagery; an analyst decides.
Designed to read camera frames for inspection findings, handed to a person.
Where · On an edge box in the cell. Design-partner work.
DEMOS · LIVE ON THE DEMO HUB
Industrial demos, and what is still being built.
Two demos on our demo hub show plant machinery today. The operator-query use case has no demo yet; it is shown as an illustration and labelled as such.
Illustration
Robot Cell
A robot arm works its cycle while a joint slowly degrades. Sanjaya's health signal falls, the elbow glows red, and a maintenance alert fires before the failure.
The arm is a visualisation; the joint-health, vision and command values are recorded model output.

Predict a failing motor
The same telemetry model applied to motors and joints: a warning ahead of failure, on the device, with no cloud.

Ask the plant
An operator asks a question in plain words; Tatva turns it into one structured query for the local broker and the answer comes back on the floor. The model never writes to the control system.

The model proposes. It never decides.
On this machine, the named person is the shift engineer.
Policy outside the model
Rules are written and versioned outside the model and checked on every proposal. A model cannot talk its way past them.
A named person approves
Anything consequential waits for a named person. Their approval, or their refusal, is part of the record.
Signed receipts
Every proposal, check and approval is written to a signed, hash-chained receipt that can be verified offline, later, by someone else.

FAQ
Frequently asked questions.
- Can AI run inside an air-gapped plant network?
- Yes. Tatva and Sanjaya run on an edge box inside the isolated network, with no connection out. No firewall exception is needed because nothing needs to leave.
- Does the model control plant equipment?
- No. The model turns a question into a structured query or proposes a command for the local broker; it never writes to the control or safety systems, and a person approves any change.
- Can it predict machine failures?
- Sanjaya reads motor and joint telemetry and warns before a part fails. The Robot Cell demo shows it on a robot arm; site deployments are design-partner work.
- How do I see the industrial demos?
- The demo hub is behind sign-in. Request demo access from this page, or ask for a walkthrough on your own plant's use case.
Claims last reviewed . Demos are simulated demonstrations; each one says on screen which parts are real model output.
